Frequently Asked Questions

Order Tracking

  • You will receive and email with a tracking number when your order ships.
  • Tracking Delays: Don't worry if your tracking info hasn't updated yet. During peak seasons, packages might take longer to scan at each transit point. Please be patient, they will update. Reach out directly to the carrier for assistance with tracking issues.
  • Lost Package: If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it after 14 days, please contact the carrier for help.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Change Shipping Address: We might be able to change your address before your order ships, if not, you will need to contact the carrier to redirect your package. Email us on our Contact Page.
  • Order Cancellation & Refunds: We generally cannot cancel an order after it's been processed. If your order hasn't shipped yet,  Email us on our Contact Page and we will check on its progress. Refunds take 3-10 business days to process.

Out-of-Stock Products

  • Back-in-Stock Alerts: Sign up for email notifications below to be the first to know when your favorite items are back in stock!

Incorrect Items Received

  • We Apologize: If you received the wrong item,  Email us on our Contact Page and send us a photo of the incorrect items. We'll send you the correct items (subject to availability). If an item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund. Keep the incorrect item, no need to return it!

Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged,  Email us on our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll replace your item (subject to availability) or refund you for the damaged product.

    Refunds & Exchanges

    Our Policy

    • We inspect all products before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, opened/used items cannot be returned or refunded.
    • Damaged Products: We will replace or refund damaged products within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
    • Unused/Unopened Products: You can return unused/unopened products for a refund (minus shipping) within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.  Email us on our Contact Page for details.
